I used to sew clothes and totes, and home dec projects, but then I got bit by the quilt bug. It constantly causes itching and swelling in my fabric closet. Anything that uses fabric and piecing is for me!

I really love applique, and it doesn't matter on what. Big quilts, lap quilts, minis I love them all.
I've made quite a few wall-hangings lately. My favorite type of project is when I have the recipient/occasion in mind as I sew. I dislike making something that has no immediate reason.
I enjoy making lap sized quilts.
My favorite projects are for my grandchildren, usually clothing. They always seem so happy that I made something especially for them.

I love lap quilts. My featherweight sewing machine doesn't really do a great job on queen-sized quilts because there is just too much fabric involved. Don't get me wrong.
