Before I started drafting this post, I reread my 2014 Pantone Quilt Challenge entry and after a quick skim, realized I seem to have a theme for these - start with plan A, switch gears underway, submit a pillow ; )

My daughters had some pretty amazing teachers this year, and that meant some pretty amazing thank you gifts were in order. Today I'm sharing "Blue Owls," which was made for my older daughter's teacher who adores owls and had a woodland theme to her class this year. (Want to see the second quilt? Click here!)
