Well, I suppose with my luck it was bound to happen. Totally fell off the wagon this week. Had a strong start, and then my son, the most epic teether I have ever met, pulled a 24 hour no-sleep vigil and it did me in! I didn't sew or work on my pattern the past three days, but I have finally caught up on enough rest that today should be a nice fresh start to this last week of the challenge. 

And just like that, half of February is over! ​I spent my second week of the challenge pecking away at my pattern writing goal. I'm really fortunate that the process is lining up with the great discussion being shared over at Meadow Mist Designs in Cheryl's ongoing Pattern Writing Blog Series. It's been a helpful set of posts to refer to as I start to think about the style and substance of creating my own pattern. If you've ever thought about publishing your own designs, you should definitely check it out!
