This adorable little mini was my focus this week, and in between finishing up my Layers of Charm quilt and the matching throw pillows, I plugged away at this each day. I'm not usually drawn to working on holiday themed projects, but when I saw the version posted by Pink Door Fabrics, I realized it would be a fun way to use the mini charm pack of Valentine fabric that a Stash Bee friend had sent me last year.
As a bonus, I've been participating in Project Leasa's Sew My Stash 2015 challenge in order to whittle down what's on hand in my studio, and she's currently hosting the #SewMyStash2015PrecutsParty, so this will be my entry. I used a mini charm pack of Deb Strain's Surrounded by Love, plus some of Carolyn Friedlander's Crosshatch for the background and Dear Stella's Mini Confetti Dots for the binding.
What did you create with your "me time?" Link up below and show us! You'll be automatically entered into this week's participation prize drawing for a charm pack of Cotton & Steel's Mochi and some Alphabitties! I'll announce the winner next Saturday when we have our next link up. ![]()
Last week's winner was Jenn at A Quarter Inch from the Edge!
Congrats, Jenn! Happy Valentine's Day! ~ Sarah

I love the fabric you used for the backing. At first glance, I thought it was snow flakes but then I realized it's flowers! I think that's perfect for Valentine's day in the northeast! It could be snowing, or the crocuses could be poking their silly heads up! It'll be years before we see anything poking their heads up with all of this snow!
