And that's a wrap! A whole month of sewing daily for ourselves is under our belts. I've really enjoyed seeing the variety of projects you've all worked on, from quilts to baskets to EPP to setting up a new sewing space! Thank you to all of you who joined me for the 4x7 Sewing Challenge this year.
I was on quite a roll the first half of the month, but slowed down toward the end. (Brief update from last week's post: that "epic teether" of mine rolled right from cutting some new canines into an ear infection... and then he destroyed my laptop... if you've wondered why my comments have lagged this past week, it was the lack of half the alphabet and a space bar to reply to you with!) I did get my pj pants done, and I've made a lot of progress on my pattern. But when the latter was put on hold until my new laptop arrived this weekend, I turned my attention to the clutter in my studio, cleaning and rearranging furniture so now I have a nice tidy space to get back to creating in : )
Was the challenge as successful as you had planned? Did you meet your goals? Hopefully you've formed a great habit by sewing every day this month, and have a lot of completed work to show for it!
Link closes at 11:55 pm EST on Friday, March 4th. Winner will be announced on the blog on Sunday, March 6th.

It's been a great month. I hope the dog found the keys tasty. LOL Sounds like you've had a crazy time recently. Thanks again for hosting. This was my second year participating, and it's been fun.

It was a great month, thanks for hosting the challenge. It was a happy bonus to win a prize too! Children have a way of delaying sewing plans. Hopefully you can work in the picnic blanket for summer.

Darn it! Life got busy this week and I ran out of time to post a blog post! Totally forgot about it yesterday. :( Thanks for the motivation to get to work this month- I did enjoy more sewing than I normally do on my own. Comments are closed.
